Ingredients:
500 grams of butter
8 eggs
15 grams baking powder
750 grams of organic wheat flour
250 grams amaranth flour
100 grs. of amaranth
50 grams of amaranth, grated coconut, chopped almonds for sprinkling (optional)
500 grams brown sugar
Preparation :
Cream the butter with the sugar in a whisk, add the eggs, over this preparation add the flour and amaranth with the paddle of the machine or by hand, do not beat more than necessary, mix until combined.
Place the dough in a pastry bag with a large smooth nozzle and pour large drops of dough about 5 cm in diameter, and flatten them with wet fingers, on a greased and floured tray. They are baked at 250º C for 15 minutes, and when they come out of the oven they can be decorated with grated coconut, Chia, amaranth, almonds.
Remember to increase the volume of consumption of dietary fiber without falling into extremes, because sometimes from occlusion in the intestine to gastritis can cause.
