Christmas FruitCake, delicious and with less guilt!

The December period is a time to relax a bit from routine, share with the family and indulge in a few culinary tastes!

However, this Christmas fruit cake you can do without so much guilt, and with a lot of flavor and a sense of nutrition ... What better combination?


250 gr oatmeal

8 gr baking powder

6 gr cinnamon

200 gr canola oil

70 gr coconut palm sugar

2 organic eggs

50 gr crushed date

50 gr chopped walnut

200 gr berries varied
(Mulberries, goji berries, blueberries, golden berries)


1. Mix the dry ingredients.
2. Add the eggs over to the mixture.
3. Place the berries, fruits and nuts on the mixture.
4. To finish, place the mixture in the oven and bake at 175º for approximately 15 minutes.
