Fruits are an excellent source of natural, unrefined sugars that feed your muscles, hydrate you, and provide vitamins and minerals.

1/3 cup of fresh lemon juice
2/3 cup of natural orange juice
2 tablespoons of agave honey
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 cup diced pears
2 cups of organic strawberries
1 cup melon balls
3 bananas, sliced
2 peeled oranges
1 cup seedless grapes
2 cups of crushed almonds
Combine the orange juice and zest, lemon juice and zest, and honey in a saucepan over medium-high heat and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to medium-low, keep moving for 5 minutes, until it reaches the point of syrup.
Remove the pan from the heat and add the vanilla and cinnamon.
Cool and reserve.
After cut into cubes, place the fruits in a large bowl and mix with the prepared sauce.
Cover and refrigerate before serving.
