Ingredients for a glass
1 cup of leaves spinach
1/2 green apple peeled, peeled.
1/2 glass of water.
1 cup of leaves Kale or Kale
as optional you can sweeten with a banana (cambúr in Venezuela, or Guineo in Dominican)
Pour all the elements into the blender until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Add some ice cubes to your liking and enjoy!
