Gluten free recipes. Penne Rigate with smoked salmon

Cooking gluten-free doesn't mean depriving yourself of good cuisine. Here is a gluten-free pasta recipe with all the flavor of a good salmon.

Penne Rigate Recipe with Salmon.


300g. Penne rigate brand Schar

150g. smoked salmon

75g. cubed mozzarella

50g. Cherrys tomatoes

15g. fresh basil

25g. celtic salt

30ml. Olive oil

3/4 cup. natural yoghurt without sugar

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation mode

Cook the pasta in 2.5 liters of water with 25 grams of salt for 8 to 10 minutes.

Drain and cool on an extended tray.

Add the olive oil to prevent the paste from sticking.

Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters, the smoked salmon and the mozzarella into small cubes.

In the blender Add the yoghurt with the 10 grams of basil, season and blend.

In a bowl place the salmon, the mozzarella, the cooked pasta and the tomatoes.

Season and Season to taste.
