4 sheets of cabbage

1/2 glass of water

1 teaspoon of extevia or agave honey

In your juice processor, take a couple of sprigs of parsley, very tender, without spots; place them together with half a cucumber, and the cabbage.

Add half a glass of water, and a few touches of agave honey to sweeten.

Remember to always wash your vegetables with a food sanitizer, soaking them for at least 5 minutes. These disinfectants are in any supermarket, and prevent the proliferation of bacteria and parasites.
