Ingredients to prepare the broth
Chicken soup
6 clear of organic eggs
½ cup diced onion
½ cup carrot, peeled and diced
⅓ cup diced celery or celery
¼ cup tomatoes, diced
1 pound organic chicken ground beef
2 quarts chicken broth (recipe below)
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Continue to simmer for 45 minutes or until the liquid appears crystal clear.
We strain the broth through a fine strainer.
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Place with all the ingredients in a large pot and fill up to three quarters with cold water.
Slowly simmer for 4 hours, removing any impurities that rise to the surface every 30 minutes.
Take the chicken out of the pot and unravel it, return it to the pot, reduce the heat to low, cover and cook for 30 to 45 minutes, or until it is reduced to about 2 quarts.
There are those who are purists in the recipes and like an extremely clear broth and with traditional ingredients, in what is really a chicken consommé.
In my particular case I like to add a touch of turmeric and a little pumpkin too.
