It seems that Avocado is one of the most read on our page. Here we give you three recipes on how to incorporate this fruit into your kitchen in a very simple way.

Breakfast

Peel an avocado and cut it horizontally in half. Remove the seed and continue cutting the avocado into rings.

Likewise, cut two peppers, one green and one red in half and continue making rings.

In a pan with just a few drops of olive oil, place several of the slices one on top of another of the peppers and avocado.

Once you mix them and you have a uniform paste. Pour the contents into ice cream molds and insert the wooden popsicles. To the freezer and that's it!
