Ingredients for delicious cookies
60 gr coconut oil
250 gr almond flour
130 gr coconut palm sugar - Earth Co Organics®
2 gr baking powder
100 gr chopped walnuts from India with cocoa chips
40ml almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Preparation of homemade cookies
- Mix the dry ingredients.
- Add almond milk and cashews with sprinkles of cocoa.
- Form into balls and place on parchment paper on a tray.
- To finish baking the cookies, place the tray in the oven and bake at 180º for approximately 15 minutes.
- Let the cookies rest at room temperature
