Green salad with cranberries and walnuts

Green salad recipe ingredients.
2 cups of salad greens (You can use lettuce, castle, endive or radicchio)
1 cup dried cranberries, sweetened
4 ounces crumbled feta cheese, if you are Vegan strict, then a substitutes with Tofu
½ cup toasted walnut chunks
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon of honey or agave
1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ cup of olive oil extra virgin
Preparation
Combine the vegetables, blueberries, cheese, and nuts in a large bowl.
Mix the vinegar, honey, mustard, and pepper with a wire whisk until well mixed.
Add the oil little by little, beating constantly until well mixed.
Pour over the salad; mix well .
Serve immediately.
