Guacamole with Chips

Avocado is an essential ingredient for a good social gathering in the best Mexican style.

This fruit not only represents Mexico in great celebrations, but it is the protagonist of a healthy diet and a lush face.

So eating it in each and every one of its presentations is not only a delight to the palate, but also to your skin due to the amount of collagen it contains.



  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • ¼ chopped onion
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 serrano pepper
  • Fresh coriander to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Kale chips



  1. In a medium bowl place the Avocados and mash to form a doughy mixture.
  2. In the same bowl, squeeze the lemons and place the rest of the ingredients, except the Kale chips.
  3. Clever! It's that simple a delicious and healthy snack for a day with family and friends
