Keto Baguette with Almond Flour

⅓ cup of almond flour

¼ cup psyllium husk powder

⅓ cup of coconut flour

½ teaspoon of baking soda

1 teaspoon of salt

3 clear of organic eggs

1 whole egg

¼ cup low-fat heavy cream

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

⅓ cup of warm water


Preheat the oven to 360 F.

Mix all the dry ingredients.

In a different bowl, mix the heavy cream, whites and eggs with an electric mixer.

Add the wet mixture to the dry one and combine with the mixer until the dough is thick. Add the apple cider vinegar and warm water, and combine well again.

Divide the dough into 3 and make long baguette-like rolls and place on a cookie sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce the heat to 320 F and cook for another 30 - 40 minutes.

This baguette is perfect for making a submarine, or eating it with butter when it's fresh out of the oven, without worrying about wheat flour and its side effects.
