Peanut and Maqui Smoothie

This smoothie contains a load of protein thanks to Sacha Inchi.

Maqui cherries are grown only in the Patagonia region of Chile.

This deep purple berry is harvested only once a year. Like most other fruits, berries found in the equatorial region of the world are more potent and contain higher levels of antioxidants than fruits grown in milder climatic zones; and in particular along with the benefits of peanuts, this smoothie contains a cargprotein thanks to Sacha Inchi, to give you the sufi energycientity to start the week with vitality!

Ingredients

250 ml of coconut milk or milk  almonds

1 banana (banana in the Dominican Republic or Cambúr in Venezuela)

2 tablespoons of powder Maqui Berry

A scoop of rice protein, vanilla flavor

1 tablespoon of Sacha Inchi powder

2 tablespoons cream peanut organic or 1/2 cup peanuts

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a blender at high speed and enjoy.

If you want to give it a sweeter touch you can use a drizzle of agave honey or a little natural stevia
