Pitahaya Juice Recipe

Boost your immune system with this powerful fruit in the morning!

Like the nopal, the dragon fruit, with white pulp and pink skin, belongs to the same family as cacti; containing high levels of vitamins, iron, calcium, phosphorus, antioxidants and minerals, with a very low content of sugars that make it ideal to raise your defenses, your red blood cells and without lowering your blood glucose.

On the other hand, the small seeds of the pitahaya pulp help with your intestinal transit and help prevent constipation.

Ingredients:

1 dragon fruit

Water glass 1

1 tablespoon of mead or Agave honey

Preparation:

Cut it off pitahaya in half and extract the white pulp with the help of a spoon. Cut it into small pieces and pour them into the blender along with the other ingredients. If you want it frappe style add about 4 large ice cubes. Its small seeds are black and great for making a colon cleaning, by dragging all the accumulated impurities in your intestine. If you feel like it, add some mint leaves.
