Rich in Omega 3, the formation of cell membranes, hormones, improvement in the functioning of the immune system, formation of the retina and neurons in the brain

Fiber is an adjunct in the digestion process and intestinal transit.

Its direct benefits are reflected on coronary heart disease, as it helps lower blood cholesterol levels and reduce the risk of heart disease.

Diabetes, serves to stabilize blood sugar levels; and in cancer, since various studies such as that of the Duke University have revealed how the consumption of Flax significantly reduces the growth of prostate cancer tumors.

Flax seeds can be consumed in grain, in chips (snacks), in capsules such as vitamin supplements, oils, in powder, etc. You can get it in supermarkets in Mexico in organic food stores and vitamin supplement stores.

Consuming ground or ground flaxseeds, along with healthy foods, help control the levels of fatty acids in your body, maintaining a healthy intestinal flora.
