Foods that inflate you ... and not for the better!

If you get puffed up easily lately, and fill up with gas, you should carefully check for excess consumption of certain foods.

Another cause generally recognized for stimulating the formation of gases in your stomach and intestines is if you are lactose intolerant, that is, products derived from milk.

And it is not that there are foods that are good or bad, but a precondition that you may have, or excess consumption of one or more of those that we will present below, which can cause from a simple feeling of being bloated to colic strong, or even, a bowel obstruction. Moderation and knowledge are key, and above all balance the diet with different foods.

Recently, I must confess, out of ignorance, I have been suffering from colic, and once I went to my gastroenterologist, it was that I knew the cause. Eating fiber seems to be good, but it can do just the opposite, cause harm.

As always, we invite you to visit a doctor, as we only want to serve as a guide
