Ingredients

1 kilo of lentils

8 medium mushrooms

½ onion

1 chili

1 Carrot

1 bunch of spinach

Preparation

Chop the onion, the chili, the carrot into small pieces and bring them to a boil with a little salt and olive oil to release the flavors.

Add the lentils to a pot, and after covering them with water completely, cook over low heat for about 45 minutes until the lentils are tender. Remember that the grains should not be put on high heat, otherwise their shell will harden.

Turn off the stove and place the spinach already cut into small pieces so that it cooks with the remaining heat.
