Almond Pancake (12 portions)

Ingredients:


• 1 1/2 Bars Butter at room temperature (90 gc/u)
• 1 Can of Condensed Milk
• 3 yolks
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla
• 1 1/2 cups of wheat flour
• 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
• 1/2 cup of peeled and ground almonds

• 3 egg whites beaten to the point of nougat


Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven preheat to 180 ° C.
  2. Beat the butter with Condensed Milk and add the yolks one by one and the vanilla essence. Pass the flour, the baking powder and the almonds through a strainer, add to the butter mixture and gently incorporate.
  3. Beat the egg whites to the point of nougat and incorporate gently into the previous preparation with the help of a miserable or a spatula. Empty the previous preparation in a previously greased and floured pancake mold until it is 3/4 full.
  4. Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove the pancake from the oven, let cool and unmold.
